5 Star Constellation 1 or Signature Weapon?

Today I will put each 5 star character into their appropriate category, if they should get their Constellation 1, signature, both or neither. If they both are equally good, then it usually depends on your account situation. If there are any uncertainties about my choices, feel free to comment down below, as I rank them for casual players, who want to invest into their characters a bit further, without spending too many primos. I will then mention some 3/4 star weapons that are very valuable as alternatives, and there will be another mentioning which shows the top 5 Valuable 5 star signature weapons for many accounts, note that this is in general and every account is different (without event weapons)

PS: Standardbanner characters wont count, since it is very difficult to get their Constellation willingly, except for the chronicle Banner. Also characters without signature fall into their own category.
