Intro
Amber is a 4-star pyro character Main DPS using a bow. Her main source of damage is her charged attacks in Melt teams, but let's go over her weapons, artifacts and other stuff. This is a relatively quick guide as I don't have the motivation to write a in-depth guide on Amber or any character :)

Amber Teams
This is a standard Melt team with Kazuha for DMG Bonus, Bennet for ATK buff and Ayaka for Cryo application. Ganyu or Rosaria can also work to aply Cryo if you don't have Ayaka, though and have the same rotation. Amber on Wanderer's Troupe in this case, but any of the recommended artifacts can work. Kazuha on Viridescent Venerer for the RES Shred but Sucrose can give more EM if you don't have Kazuha and want an alternative. Bennet on Nobblesse Obliege for the ATK buff. Ayaka should be on a mix of ATK, EM and Blizzard Strayer but your normal DPS build can work as long at it has enough ER and substats. The rotation would be: Bennett E - Kazuha Q,E (E,Q,E if C1) - Bennett Q - Ayaka Q - Amber CA Spam (E beforehand if on Shimenawa's Reminiscence) and repeat.
A classic Vaporize team of Amber, Furina, Kazuha and Bennet. Amber on Wanderer's Troupe but the recommended artifacts can perform well. Furina on Golden Troupe but remember that characters like Xingqiu, Yelan and Kokomi can work as Hydro applicators as well. Less so Xingqiu or Yelan because Amber won't be using her NAs. Furina's DMG buff is so good that it'd be a waste to not use her. Kazuha on Viridescent Venerer for VV Shred but Sucrose can work fine for more EM. Bennet on Noblesse Obliege for ATK buffs. The rotation will be: Furina E,Q - Kazuha Q - Bennet E,Q - Kazuha E - Amber CA spam (E beforehand if on Shimenawa's Reminisence)
Outro
Overall, Amber is subpar when compared to other Pyro characters. Think of Hu Tao, Arlecchino, Lyney, even Yoimiya in some cases. But if you like Amber's personality and character, no one can stop you from playing your favourite character.
