There are not much champions that can face Taric early game.
You will want to do the CD's combo permanently on jungle, which will give you an amazingly fast clear. Afterwards, you must mainly focus on ganks, your W+E its amazingly usefull + you must always have your R up for important objetives such as drake or Nashor.
From minute 25-30 you stop being a mega proactive jungler and u become a cc+healing support, with huge advantages on the midgame that come from the early ganks.
