When you have placed Explosive Charge E on the enemy laner, auto attack them as much as you can to increase its damage output.
While your W can be used to reposition, be careful about using it aggressively as you will be putting yourself in hot water and may become an easy target.
Your R can be used as a self peel tool. In team fights, use it to knock away the enemy frontline to keep you and your allies safe.

Ziggs: He can harass Tristana from a distance with Bouncing Bomb and use Satchel Charge to create distance or reposition.
Miss Fortune: Miss Fortune's passive, Love Tap, allows her to trade efficiently. She can poke from a safe distance as well.
Vayne: Vayne can easily dodge Tristana's abilities and get in range to deal damage. In an extended trade, Vayne's percent health true damage can overcome Tristana.

Aphelios: Tristana's Rocket Jump can allow her to engage and disengage effectively, making it hard for Aphelios to keep her at bay.
Draven: Tristana can poke Draven from a distance and has the mobility to reposition if he tries to engage. Her E also gives her the advantage in trades when used effectively.
Varus: She can jump onto Varus and deal burst damage to take him down quickly. Varus has limited tools to escape from Tristana's all-ins.

Early Game: In the early game, use your E to poke and push the wave. Be cautious of all-ins from aggressive opponents. Tristana's power spikes come when she reaches level 6 with her R and when she completes Kraken Slayer.
Mid Game: In the side lane, use your range and pushing power to apply pressure and take down turrets. Be mindful of enemy ganks, as Tristana lacks mobility without her W. Tristana can dive with her W and R to reposition and finish off targets. However, be careful of enemy crowd control and burst damage.
Late Game: In late-game teamfights, utilize your range and burst damage to take down priority targets. Save your W to reposition and stay safe. In late-game, stay near important objectives and use your E and R to secure them or disengage from enemy engages.
