Do not stick to your anchor W during the whole laning phase. Jump to and from them to be proactive.
Ward whenever you get a chance with your teammates and don't go wandering too far cause you can get collapsed.
Stay with your Best Friend as much as you can and make sure to peel them from any threat coming their way.

Rell: Rell can easily aim for your ADC and she will get both of you, so try luring her away but be careful to not get caught but her engage.
Thresh: Thresh can spot you easily with his Flay and Hook, so don't stay close to him unless you know you are behind coverage.
Nautilus: Nautilus has an easy to sniping you with his ulti and even if you attach to someone, that person is going to get ulted, so play around that factor.

Karma: Karma doesn't really have a way to stop you, but the second she W you, just attach to someone since her W has a long channel time.
Lulu: Keep an eye on the polymorph, besides that you should have an easy lane. Try to poke her safely inside your ADC and don't get too greedy.
Ashe: Stay behind minions and be careful about the arrow, early stages of the lane you can easily beat her.

Early Game: Against melee you shouldn't detach as much and just be ready to react to the enemy follow-up if they all-in. Against Ranged, try to get out of your partner and auto them often so you can stack your Spellthief. After you get your level 6, look to play more aggressive since you will have additional tools to beat your opponent.
Mid Game: You want to swap with the mid laner after the first turret bot is taken and sit with your ADC in the mid lane. Always encourage diving if you notice that vulnerable enemies are alone, be careful on taking aggro from the turret.
Late Game: Now it starts becoming more crucial with who you decide to sit, so understand who has the priority and peel them. Generally it is your best friend. Follow your jungler to sneak objectives and be careful for which ones you decide to stay with - if that holder dies you are pretty much dead too.
