With this deck, ideally you’ll start with either Kangaskhan or Manaphy. From there you can start building up your bench (through Manaphy, or Kanga serving as a wall) or put pressure on your opponent (with Kanga, when appropriate). Ilima allows for easier pivots, and even swapping between Bibarels if you are able to build up two with Manaphy, critically without giving up two points. Kangaskhan also gives us a chance against that dreaded Oricorio.
