No big lengthy write-up yet, because this is still theory-crafting. However, with Stoutland's new ability practically emulating Oranguru's attack effect, the enemy must be absolute wary of pushing out a Sabrina or Cyrus at the wrong time, or their attacks might end up costing another +2 energy on top of their base values (for Charizard EX, that's as much as SEVEN energy for Steam Artillery). And of course, adjust Trainers and Items as necessary—ditch Red or one of the Rare Candies for an Ilima or a healing card if you like.
