Get Meltan out in front and start ramping, ideally for 2 turns but most of the time just for 1 before putting melmetal out. And since melmetal is so tanky by the time it dies it should have attacked atleast once or twice and you should have your solgaleo ready to go and finish the game. Heal with lily, use cape to avoid getting 1 shot by a mewtwo or a giratina+a ping from a darkrai or graninja. Use communication get rid of useless second melmetal or cosmoem.
Unlike snorelax, melmetal 1 shots graninja and crobat without a cape, but thats what guzma is for.
Unfortunately melmetal isnt going to break the meta anytime soon but its still a powerful and underrated card
