It is a very aggresive deck that relies on rare candy to ramp phase 1 and stop the enemy to charge their pokémons.

Disclaimer

There is only 1 Beedrill EX line because you want to make room for utility to disrupt the enemy: Venus, Guzman, Cyrus...

Game Plan

This deck its all about pressure the enemy into bad plays. Sprigatito will charge your hand with the cards that you'll need to ramp up and Weedle will have a more aggresive start.

You have to find your phase 2 and rare candy in turn 1-turn 3 to start pressuring your enemy.

If you have weedle and sprigatito in hand ALWAYS the cat in front.

Issues

You'll have only one plan and probably you'll lose games due the 3 basics pokémon in deck.

It is a high risk - high reward deck but is really stable.

Blaine's deck you and Incineroar deck doesn't allow you to even go to turn 5.

Utilities

The only item that you have to attach to your pokés is the leaf cap in order to make your active pokémon bigger.

The trainer card it's up to your gameplay, I'd put at least 5 of this least (ignoring the 2 Professor's research):
