Not a beginner-friendly deck by any means. You have to carefully manage both your energy and HP pools to distribute them efficiently—especially in the late game when you're trying to dodge Cyrus plays.
The ideal win condition is having Regi in the front line while you build up energy on Regi manually or by using Giratina Space Time Bellow, then to instantly transfer that energy to Regi after its taken a hit, for a one-hit KO on pretty much any card.
Just keep in mind: you can't transfer energy from Regi only TO regi (as Lunala Psychic Connect only works from a psychic Pokémon), so you need to make sure you’re not left energyless after the attack. Or at least, have a backup plan to keep the pressure on.
Also, Regi only gives up one prize, which makes it a fantastic tank and bait play if you’re managing your board correctly.
Giratina paired with Lunala is insanely good. It’s been a blast switching between them, nuking big targets, and transferring energy to clean up the rest. Super satisfying.
