No Sabrina (or Cyrus)? Who needs 'em?

Why clutter your deck with Sabrina and Cyrus when there exist Pokémon who can fill the same niche without restricting your usage of other Supporters? The premise should be incredibly easy to glean on its face.

  • Your main attacker is probably going to be Snorlax here. This allows you to run two Barrys to get it online as soon as possible, and quickly steamroll your opponent's Pokémon.
  • Pidgeot, of course, is the other main piece of the deck with its modestly powerful 70 damage, and with Rare Candy can be easy to get to its final stage in a timely manner.
  • But if worse comes to worst, Aerodactyl can be an easy out for any annoying Pokémon your opponent controls. And the use of two Old Ambers instead of one is both to facilitate drawing it and, should your Ilima not be in hand, at least cleans status conditions on your Active Pokémon while allowing you to bring it back out immediately.

The Trainer cards should also be fairly obvious in their usage cases, with actual numbers of cards being up to the individual user's discretion:

  • You only have two basic Pokémon, so running more than one Poké Ball is redundant. And if either Pidgey/-otto or Snorlax die too quickly, Celestic Town Elder will bring them back from the discard pile.
  • Likewise, the Pokémon Flute can be effective in very niche cases while you have Pidgeot at the ready. Bring one of your opponent's weaker creatures back to the bench, use 'Drive Off' to pull them to the front for an easy KO.
  • Water energy is the best option here if your own Pokémon get low in health, since Irida can heal anything that has a Water energy placed on it.

There are two ways this deck wins its matches: you can either use Pidgeot to disrupt your opponent's tempo and drag out Pokémon that aren't able to mount a decent defense; or if the opponent only has one Pokémon at the ready, you can try to rush Aerodactyl to throw them back into the deck (and thus force a loss).
