I improve my Togekiss Sylveon ex with new Togepi and Eevee from the new set, Wisdom of the Sea and Sky. Togepi's Charm that reduce 20 damage from opponent's attack and Eevee' s Find a Friend that can search random Pokemon from deck to the hand.
This deck centers around Psychic-type Pokémon, specifically Togekiss and Sylveon ex, to deal consistent damage. The primary strategy is to evolve Togepi into Togekiss using Rare Candy for faster setup. Togekiss's 'Overdrive Smash' can become a powerful attack with Cynthia's support, increasing its damage by 50. Sylveon ex provides card draw through its 'Happy Ribbon' ability, enhancing hand consistency. Early game, use Eevee's 'Find a Friend' to search for evolutions, while Togepi's 'Charm' can reduce incoming damage. Attach Giant Cape for additional survivability, and use Lillie to heal Togekiss, maintaining its presence on the field.
