Gameplan 14.4
4 Marksman might be strong in 14.4 but since Leona, Aphelios & Xayah might be very contested with Anima Squad, Dynamo and Vanguards getting buffed probably only from winstreak or xp/gold augment spot playable.The buff to Vanguard and Marksman does not compensate beeing 3 way contested.
Fiddle3 with an Artefacts is S Tier.
Vexotech is more a Level 9 comp. The Stats does not include dropping Jax, Jhin and adding Legendarys. Adding Aurora, Renekton and Viego in 3 Exotech with Vex2 + 3 Items is 3.13 avg.
Exotech Zeri & Miss Fortune is a good A Tier comp which you can play when you have Chassis and Flux Capacitor or Pulse Stabilizer for Zeri. Its the same with Vexotech get to 9 drop Jax, Jhin for Aurora, Renekton, Viego or Zac and the comp is alot stronger.
Brand is still strong if your not contested and you hit on 8. Its weaker than A.M.P Yuumi3. Question is if you drop down to 5 Street Demon with legendarys.
Anima Squad is strong only problem is if you dont hit Xayah and Leona on 8 because of Marksman players ur Stage 4 will suck. Quality over Quantity makes this Comp S Tier. You need to start with Upgraded Units early to be strong. An Item Augment which gives Frontline will allow the Anima Weapons to do more Damage. Rush 5 Anima.
Twisted got nerfed but is still an A Tier comp since MF got buffed. Still strong board which gets easy top4 but do not play when contested.
BoomBot +1 Urgot. The earlyline to push to get to Level 9 got better with Kog and Skarner recieving Buffs. Mort noted that he is a little worried about Urgot he might be to strong this patch. Comp is S Tier but you need to hit 9 with upgrades to compete which can be hard in some low econ lobbys.
DivineCorp with Vex and Renekton as Carry got buffed. Comp relies on hitting Vex2, Cho2, Renekton & Urgot. Comp lacks frontline abit A Tier
Cypher is strong when you can hit Draven3 which means there should be no Twisted players in your Lobbys
Shaco is A Tier Comp from good Spots with Zed as 2nd Carry but hard to win lobbys with
Cyberboss Bastion Veigar is a good B Tier comp without Manazane or Cyberboss Augment.
Rengar is only A Tier when played with Artefact or Titans Resolve Augment while not beeing contested by Street Demon players

Vex + Urgot + X (BoomBot/Brusiers/DivineCorp/6 Vanguard) On 8 hold Xayah and Aphelios both can hold most Items of Urgot and Vex well. Urgot1 his strength is underestimated.
Losestreak Cypher but higher cashout is needed to win lobby. Titanic Titan. Cypher into Street Demon Brand, A.M.P Annie or Vexotech. Use Cypher when contested to have more resources.
No Scout No Pivot Nitro, Morgana Bruiser, Zyra & Seraphine.
Encounters Gameplan

Gold Subscription = helpful for Golden Ox since Gold scales into dmgamp. Easier to cap out Boards.

Scuddle Puddle = More Items & Gold. Easier to cap out Boards. Easier to hit gold interests breakpoints but easier to streak since people sell Units for interest in stage 1. Better with Boards which have 2nd dmgcarry.

Crab Rave= More Items & Gold. Easier to cap Boards. Easier to hit gold interests breakpoints but easier to streak since people sell Units for interest in stage 1. Better with Boards which have 2nd dmgcarry.

Egg = More resources, can give Spatulas or radiant refactory.

Loot Subscription = More resources, can give Spatulas, Artefacts, Radiants, gold. Check Enemys Loot to know urs.

Treasure Armory = Can give Emblem or Trait Augments. Safe reforger. 10g = spat usually. (Anima/Street Demon)

Component Anvil = good with reroll comps or Item Augments like Crownguard. Quality Over Quantity.

All these changes are from the PBE Server which means they might not come to the liveserver. Ill expect marksman reverts + Nitro 4 damage buff which was talked about in 14.3.

Brand's Mana Lockout is now a fixed duration of 1.9 seconds. Previously, it was .5 seconds after the missile landed. (Between 1.4 and 2.9 based on distance from target)
