One of the new prismatic Augments in Set 12 is called "I'm The Carry Now", it grants you a Sentinel with 3 tailored items that you can reposition however you want. Over the course of the game your Sentinel will become stronger:

Stage 2 & 3

• 1 Star Sentinel
• Bloodthirster, Titan's Resolve, Crownguard

Stage 4

• 2 Star Sentinel
• Bloodthirster, Titan's Resolve, Crownguard

Stage 5

• 2 Star Sentinel
• Death's Defiance, Titan's Resolve, Crownguard

Stage 6+
