Ideally played when you have Manazane or lots of early Leblanc. Positioning will change every game pending on Street Demon hexes. Can also drop Cypher to play Ziggs / Kobuko.
Stage 2 Either play an econ focused AP opener or a Cypher lose streak. Focus on 3 item Leblanc ASAP.
Stage 3 Level to 6 at 3-2 and play for 3 Cypher and Anima Squad. Play Sylas before Leona. If you winstreak, you can save Intel into Stage 4. Slow roll on 6 for 3* frontline.
Stage 4 Finish your 3* then level for Street Demons/Strategists. Cash out Cypher with at least 3 lives. Add Samira on 9.
