[Patch 13.15] BUFFED Multicaster Teemo Reroll

Teemo and Swain both got sizable buffs in 13.5 and I think this comp will be very strong again.

• Swain max Mana buff: 40/80 ⇒ 30/70

• Swain Demonflare Bonus Health: 450/475/500 ⇒ 450/500/550

• Swain Demonflare Damage Per Tick: 25/40/60 ⇒ 35/50/75

• Teemo Noxious Trap Damage: 200/300/465/500 ⇒ 230/350/535/535

• Teemo Multicasted Noxious Trap mushrooms now prefer to bounce to targets behind the original target.

We want to reach level 6 as fast as possible and slow roll for Swain 3, Teemo 3 and Taliyah 3

Augments

• Perfected Repetition - Each time your Multicaster units deal ability damage, they gain 5% Ability power (Max:70%) until the end of combat. Gain 2 Multicasters. (This has been bugfixed to work with multicaster's additional casts)
• Infusion - Your team restores 20 Mana every 5 seconds.
• Stars are born - The first Tier 1 champion and Tier 2 champion you buy are upgraded to 2-star. Gain 6 gold.
• Golden Ticket - Each time your shop is refreshed, you have a 50% chance to gain a free refresh

Legends

• Caitlyn - I think Caitlyn will be a very strong legend this patch and she grants you access to Stars are Born.
• Veigar - Jewelled Lotus works well in this comp
• Lee Sin - 2-1 augments are great for reroll

Bastion 2 was buffed this patch so I think a lot of comps will run an early Bastion frontline again. Malzahar is a very good AP holder, an alternative would be Cassiopea as she was also buffed and she holds Teemo's items really well.

If you hit Stars are Born 2-1 you should prioritise a 2 cost frontline unit and a 1 cost backline unit, the ideal scenario is that you get Swain 2 ad he will be in our comp throughout the game.

This is an ideal board at level 6, the items shown are just examples. You want to prioritise Teemo's items first especially blue buff. From here you want to slow roll until you hit Teemo, Swain and Taliyah 3 star. From there you can level and add 3 yordle with Kled who will eventually be replaced by Heimerdinger.
