Final Board (Viego/Karthus Pentakill Headliner)
This caps out highest if you get a pentakill spatula for Akali. If you don't you will likely just run 6 pentakill.
This also works with Karthus headliner as Pentakill +1
Final Board (Viego Edgelord Headliner)
With this you will likely end up replacing Kayle with Yorick even though you lose out on 3 edgelord as it's a higher cap for your board.
Viego Carry Items
You want Edge of Night + Healing + 1 other. Edge of Night is core as it allows Viego to drop aggro when entering the backline. This will likely result in him casting more than once.
Final Board (Akali/Karthus Executioner Headliner)
If you have more items for Akali and Karthus you want to run 4 Executioner by adding Vex, this can be replaced later on with a Yorick as this is more valuable as a unit plus it will give you 5 pentakill.
This also works with Karthus headliner as Executioner +1
You want to avoid K/DA headliner if possible as it's not as synergistic as the rest of the headliner variations of this comp.
