Introduction
This composition has been nerfed in the new patch, but it is still one of the best In this composition, you have to play Slow Roll in level 5, until you hit the Yasuo 3-star. This composition is played with a tactic called Slow Roll, which mean that you will stop in some levels to roll above 50 gold, to find some 3-star units. Your main carry will be Annie, and your secondary carries will be other Spellweaver. As for tanks, the items will go in Ekko.
Augments
The best augments are Cybernetic and Combat Augments. Also, Economy Augments are very nice as you will need a lot of gold to roll down for 3-star units (you should never have 3 augments of this type, one or maybe two are fine, but no more). Furthermore, the augments that give you items are not bad because you will have more than one tank, and the items that you may have left over from Ap can go in Ahri, Lulu or Sona. Additionally, it is important to emphasize that because of the squares of K/DA, your positioning is very limited, so any augment that needs a specific positioning, like Best Friends or Keepers, should never be take. Additionally, it is important to emphasize that because of being a Reroll composition, any augment that gives you experience should never be take.

Items
Annie best items are Spare of Shojin and Nashor's Tooth, as she benefits from doing a lot of basic attacks and ultimates. Tank items, whenever possible, go into Ekko before Neeko (except in situations of not getting ekko level 2). And, the AP items for the Ahri, the most important is the Blue Buff; the other best items are Jeweled Gauntlet and Nashor's Tooth, but any AP item is good. Other interesting items would be the Sunfire Cape since it is very good in early and reducing the healing of the enemies is very relevant, and Ionic Spark or Statikk Shiv since reducing Magic Resistance is very good (it is advisable to put the Statikk Shiv on another unit than Ahri).

Positioning (by @_Garchompro_)
Annie needs to be on the same side of the enemy on the back row. This can be confusing because Annie is a scaling unit, and this type of units usually is better to position them on the opposite side of the enemy, but since she does extra damage every 4 attacks to an enemy close to the one it is targeting, it is better to position her on the same side of the enemy.
Best Positioning
Early-Mid Game
To play this composition, you need Annie headliner +1 Emo. Annie headliner +1 Spellweaver is not so bad, but you would play Amumu instead of Lulu. If you can't find it level 4 is not so bad, but it is essential to have it at level 5. So, at level 4 you play Superfan with the Annie headliner, and at level 5 you play Seraphine or Evelynn for 3 K/DA. In this level, you will just Slowroll for Annie 3-star.

Late Game
When you find Annie 3-star, you will just level up until level 8. As soon as you find the Ekko, put the tank items on him instead of Neeko, and, as soons as you find Ahri, change her for Seraphine.
