Augments to reach lvl 9 easier





















These augments are all economy and/or exp augments. They will help you building up a strong reserve of gold, or will give you a lot of experience to get to level 9 fast with as much gold as possible. Don't forget to stabilize your board around level 7-8 to avoid being too weak. You'd lose before even getting to level 9.
While you get economy augments, the other players might pick board augments, though, so remember that you might take some losses starting from 3-2. Try not to lose too many Health Points from them.
Early comp








This start is the best you can hope for, since it'll allow you to start stacking Hearts, thus generating bonus loot. With the buffs on Heartsteel units, K'sante is going to become a very solid wall, needing 20 less mana to cast and dealing more damage. You'll be able to upgrade your loots by bringing in Yone and Sett who will both have been buffed as well.
If you have K'sante as your Headliner with +1 Heartsteel, you can consider picking up the augment Heartthrobs at 2-1, which will retain 20% of the Hearts you've gathered, on top of giving you a free Aphelios. But if you don't have him or if he's +1 Sentinel, don't bother picking this augment, because you won't know when you'll be able to get your third Heartsteel. And you don't want to have a dead augment for who knows how long.
As you progress towards mid-game, replace Aphelios and Senna by Ezreal and Miss Fortune. You can replace Lillia by Ekko, and why not add Bard to benefit from Jazz, even if it gets nerfed a little.
The buffed units
Right now, Peeba revolves around Lucian, Jhin, Ziggs, Yorick, Illaoi. For the last two, it won't change much. But Ziggs will be nerfed, slowing down the stacking of his mini-bombs, which will weaken him by a lot.
Instead, we'll count on the units who will get buffed. Yone, Viego, True Damage Akali, Kayn. Yone will have more HP and deal slightly more damage with his spell (750 HP -> 800 HP and 200% AD -> 210% AD), Viego will deal quite more ( 150% AD -> 200% AD), True Damage Akali will gain 0.05 AS (sounds very little, but it's actually very nice, since it'll make Titan's Determination even stronger) and deal slightly more damage as well (250% AD -> 275% AD), Kayn will gain a whole 0.1 AS (so even stronger than for Akali) and his spell will go from 380/575 to 400/600, making AP items even more effective.
