Tier S : Slam & Most Flexible for tanks





You want to build Warmog, Steadfast, Crownguard, Gargoyle and Protector’s Vow.
These items are considered S tier because you can craft them during the early game and snowball but they will also use all the potential of your late game carries.
Tier S : Slam & Most Flexible for DPS




The best offensive items you want to build in this meta are Infinity Edge with Hand of Justice, Red Buff and Shojin because it’s extremely flexible and can be used in 80% of the best comps.
These items are considered S tier because you can craft them during the early game and snowball but they will also use all the potential of your late game carries.
Tier S : Slam & Most Flexible for bruisers ( Riven, Yone, Zed.. )



If you plan to play bruisers like Viego, Riven,Yone, Zed.. you might want to play Bloodthirster, Titan and Edge of Night for sustain.
These items are considered S tier because you can craft them during the early game and snowball but they will also use all the potential of your late game carries.
Tier A











Then you have the A-tier items which are overall really good but often situational. For instance, Evenshroud is extremely good if you play AD carries but it’s useless if you play AP carries like Twisted Fate.

And finally all the other items are overall less powerful or too situational to be mentioned. They are not necessarily weak but these are not items you will build 99% of the time.
