2.2 Tier List and the Best Characters as of March 2025

Here's our Wuthering Waves Tier List for Version 2.2 as of March 2025. We rate which 5-Star and 4-Star characters are the best Main DPS, Sub-DPS, and Support characters. We update this guide daily, so check out the latest changes to rankings here!

1. Main DPS

• Rank S: Carlotta; Phoebe
• Rank A: Brant;

2. Sub - DPS

• Rank A: Roccia; Cantarella
• Rank B: Rover (Aero)

3. Support

• Rank B: Rover (Aero)

1. Cantarella

• A versatile Havoc Sub-DPS that provides multiple utility options to teams. She provides off-field Coordinated Attacks with her Liberation that boosts overall team damage, making her a good pair with top-tier DPS units like Jinhsi and Carlotta.

• Her Outro Skill also gives Resonance Skill and Havoc DMG amplification that makes her flexible in various team comps.

• Cantarella also provides some sustain to the team with her Shiver stacks that heals all Resonators in the team.

2. Rover (Aero)

• A sub-DPS / Support hybrid that currently suffers from the lack of Negative Effect application in the game. They are a decent debuff applicator without any self-application of Aero Erosion.

• Provides decent sustain to team members and is great in quick-swap rotations to heal and deal damage fast before switching out.

• Good Future Potential, but currently has few to no dedicated team members to benefit from their kit.
