4 star tier list (all my own opinion!!)

dps notes - Sucrose in B tier is dependant on tazer, Lisa in aggrovate, Ningguang would be a subdps in a Navia team with her geo buffing + more crystalise, Noelle with Furina on field is A.

supports notes - all of A tier could be in S tire with c6 and in their best teams (Gorou with mono geo, Faruzan with an anemo dps and Kujo Sara with Raiden or Clorinde in some cases.

healer / sheilder notes - Noelle with Furina on field is A, teamwide healers (like Mika) is A/S with Furina, characters who only heal themselves go in D.
