Preface
I'd first like to say that all content in Genshin Impact is clearable with even the likes of Qiqi or Aloy. However, you'll have to try significantly harder with some characters than with others, and that's what I aim to tell you with this tierlist. Let me know of any suggestions in the comments!
DPS Tierlist - 4 star (ASSUMED C6 OR BEST CON)
DPS Tierlist - 5 star (ASSUMED C0 BEST F2P WEAPON)
DPS Tierlist - 5 star (ASSUMED C6 R1 or R1 BIS (so only Ganyu))

- Wanderer is not that good unless hyperinvested and with C6 Faruzan
- Neuvillete is MUCH better of a DPS than Arlecchino. She isn't multi-target nor does she perform as well outside of Bennett's circle (so Abyss is not going to be a walk in the park). She does have better weapon options and better ICD.
- Raiden is not a SS hypercarry at C0
- Xiangling is not always neccesary for every account - Hydro is, especially with the limited amount of 4-stars
- Xiangling doing ~100k per vape burst compared to an average 800k hp is not as high as Fischl or Xingqiu can do
- Yes, Diluc can hit 800k in a second. With Furina and Xianyun, that is... without them, he's not very good.
