Introduction
Furina is one of the strongest characters in the game, no doubts about it, and is someone you should consider pulling not only if you like her (I feel in love with her in the Fontaine AQ, of course I'm not biased), but because she will make the other characters you like shine even brigther.
Best teammates: On-Field DPS
Most of the time Furina is part of the best team of any on-fielder, but there are characters that other options aren't too far behind. I would love to make this guide for every on-fielder to guide you into choosing where you spend your wishes carefully, but since Furina is an off-fielder, you have a lot of options.
When max-fanfare, she gives a 75% DMG bonus to all DMG done that isn't transformative (think Hyperblooms or Burgeon), which means all Off-Field DPS can use her perfectly! This guide is focussed on On-Fielders and Healers, and I'm going to start with the first ones.
On-Field DPS Tier List

On-Field DPS Tier List Explanation
This list shows the relative increase from the next best options without Furina in the team, but rest assured that at the very least it is a sidegrade to other premium options that require more characters/investment. She is that valuable.
But everything is subjective though, there are characters where she is definitely an increase but only if you have the units that enable them in the first place. For example, Xiao/Diluc with Xianyun or Xiao/Wanderer with C6 Faruzan.
There is also the case where using a healer to enable Furina's Burst limits your choices to use some form of resistance to interruptions, and a huge DMG bonus and getting trown around like a ragdoll is worse than not getting hit at all.
I will go more in-depth in each characters guide or best teammates and show examples, but even if your characters prefer using a shield or have really good options aside from Furina, then she can be used for your other side where she would be better. You can't go wrong with her.
Healer Options

Healer Tier List Explanation
I tried my best to divide the healers into each niche they fulfill, so here we go:
- Barbara, Diona, Qiqi and Sayu don't bring enough to the table in buffs compared to the other healers, but they can still be used just fine. Barbara and Sayu are decent downgrades to Kokomi/Sigewinne and Jean/Xianyun respectively, and Diona gives an EM buff at C6, but Qiqi is just bad, I'm sorry.
- Jean and Xianyun are an interesting case. Jean is in general a downgrade to Xianyun, but, like Furina, there are characters that don't care about either. The characters that Xianyun can buff are (in order): Xiao, Gaming, Diluc, Hu Tao, Dehya, C3 Freminet, Navia, Raiden and Eula (barely). For the other characters Jean is more than enough, good DMG and heals, but for the previously mentioned, Xianyun is worth considering and an upgrade over Jean.
- Kokomi (and Noelle and Dori) are best used as On-Field Healers that get a lot of their power from Furina. Kokomi is special because she can be used Off-Field to heal but only toward the active character. Unless you are using them On-Field, there are better options.
- Sigewinne is the newest healer (as of 4.7) and a lot of people say she is underwhelming, and like, kinda? She heals a lot trough her skill and she is an upgrade over Kokomi on Off-Field, but not a significant one. When using her On-Field they are about the same.
- Yao Yao and Baizhu show almost the same case as Jean and Xianyun, but a bit more extreme. Yao Yao can be enough healing to offset the HP drain from Furina and create fanfare, but she needs a bit of on-field time that could be used for your On-Field DPS. Baizhu, on top of not having this issue, gives a lot of buffs based on his Max HP for Dendro related reactions, and his healing is a lot more than enough. They are best used in Dendro-based teams that have a Hydro/Electro On-fielder, think Keqing or Cyno.
- Kuki on the other hand is best used with Dendro-based teams that have a Dendro On-Fielder that doesn't benefit too much from Fischl and her A4 passive. In a lot of teams the slots you have can become an issue, which is why a lot of people opt to use Kuki as their Hyperbloom trigger and healer. The issue is that Kuki only heals the active character trough her skill, and unlike Bennet, she doesn't heal that much when built on full EM. She excels in the Alhaitham/Furina Quickbloom team where Nahida can be used in Prototype Amber to offset that, but just be wary.
- Bennett is a broken buffer for ATK scalers, which is why it is sometimes better to use him and sacrifice a lot of healing and fanfare than to use a teamwide healer without Bennett's buff. He heals a lot when built on full HP (as you should when running Furina with him) and while it is only to the active character, most of the time your On-Field DPS will overheal and trigger Furina's A1 passive, helping to create more fanfare while getting a massive ATK bonus.
- Mika and Charlotte are special healers that specialize in different teams. Mika gives some buffs to Physical teams while healing a lot compared to Bennett, but unless he is C6 the using the later is recommended, even on Fav Sword. Charlotte on the other hand is great in Freeze teams that can't manage to lose Kazuha on their team, which is why she is a great option with Wrio/Ganyu/Ayaka and she can be used as an alternative to other healers in Neuvilette teams.

Conclusion
Furina is one of my favorite characters in all of Genshin, I came from all the way back from 2.4 and loved her as a brat and as a heroine. I pulled for her inmediately, won the 50/50, and tried to pull her weapon (against all warnings) and lost to Baizhu's Green Donut :(
Either way, I hope this guide was helpful and that you didn't have a hard time reading trough all the information, my explaining needs a bit more improvement I'm afraid. I will try to make a guide regarding where to spend your primos for each character, starting with Hu Tao. Good luck pulling for her and until next time!
