⭐OVERVIEW⭐

⭐1 MIN KIT⭐

AD

Skirk is a character who does not use elemental particles to recharge her Burst but a points system called Serpent's Subtlety.

Before we begin, I want to tell you something that will help you better understand how Skirk works.

When we unlock her passive talent called Reason Beyond Reason, whenever a team member triggers reactions like Frozen, Superconduct, Cryo Swirl, or Cryo Crystallize we generate a Void Rift.

AD

╰┈➤ VOID RIFT

There can be up to 3 Void Rifts on the field and Skirk can absorb them to increase the damage of his normal attacks and collect Serpent's Subtlety points.

How are Rifts absorbed?

Hitting an opponent with a charged attack in Seven-Phase Flash mode Skill Tap (more on that below) Using the special Burst Havoc: Extinction. Holding the Skil.

She has two types of Skills and two types of Bursts that you will use depending on the playstyle you prefer.

First Playstyle - Normal Attacks

The first way to play Skirk involves focusing on her normal attack damage, using all of her abilities to increase this type of damage.

With the skill tap we will accumulate 45 Serpent's Subtlety points and enter in a state called Seven-Phase Flash, that will allow us to launch a special ultimate called Havoc: Extinction.

╰┈➤ HAVOC: EXTINCTION

It activates without consuming points. Skirk enters the "All Shall Wither" state (receiving increased damage from normal attacks) Skirk absorbs nearby Void Rifts, gaining additional damage from her normal attacks based on how many he absorbs.

ROTATION:

Skirk (Tap E) → Special Burst/Charged Attack → Normal Attacks → Swap Out

In this type of playstyle and thanks to the various states and modes that Skirk will enter we will have:

  • a Cryo infusion of all our normal attacks,
  • an increase in the coverage area of our attacks,
  • an increase in resistance to interruptions.

This type of playstyle is indicated with Skirk at constellation 0, as we can get an efficient increase in his damage and simpler rotations.

AD

Second Playstyle - Quick-Swap Burst

In this Playstyle we focus on Skirk's burst nuke damage, building up the necessary points and rifts to maximize her burst buildup and then violently unleash it on enemies.

To do this we use her “second” skill which is activated simply by holding down, but the presence of Void Rifts on the field is required before doing it!

ROTATION:

Skirk (Hold E) → Absorb 3 Rifts → Burst → Swap Out

This type of playstyle is indicated with Skirk at constellation 2+

Keep in mind

Skirk is a complete and performing character even without constellations, obviously her constellations will increase her damage and make rotations more fluid, especially for the quick-swap mode, but you can play her in both ways depending on what you prefer.

For Skirk, teammates are very important, having the right supports and buffers will certainly make the difference.

⭐TEAM⭐

In Skirk's teams there are certainly characters that make the difference if present, but every Cryo and Hydro unit is welcome in her team.

AD

Hypercarry Team

This is one of those teams called "Premium" because they are all 5-star characters.

In this comp Fruina, Escoffier and Shenhe will take care of maximizing Skirk's damage.

(You can replace Shenhe if dont have her with Yelan, to increase off-field dps and Hydro application for Void Rifts creation)

ROTATION ON FIELD:

Furina (EQ) → Escofier (EQ) → Shenhe (EQ) → Skirk (Tap E → Burst/CA → NA)

ROTATION QUICK-SWAP:

Furina (EQ) → Escofier (EQ) → Shenhe (EQ) → Skirk (Hold E → Burst)

AD

Double Off-field Damage

In this team thanks to the presence of Yelan and Xingqiu, we will have a constant presence of off-field damage while Cintali will provide a shield, applying Cryo and helping the team generate Void Rifts.

ROTATION:

Citlali (EQ) → Yelan (EQ) → Xingqiu (EQ) → Skirk (Tap E → Burst/CA → NA)

AD

4 Stars Team

This is an example of a team with 4 star characters, we have Xingqiu who gives us off-field damage (but also some healing and protection), Dahlia who creates a shield and increases ATK speed and Charlotte who provides team healing aand a good application of the Cryo.

ROTATION:

Carlotte (Hold E Q) → Xingqiu (EQ) → Dahlia (EQ) → Skirk (Tap E → Burst/CA → NA)
