The best time to pick up nearby Chimes is when there are no minions in lane about to die. Otherwise, you’ll fall behind in XP trying to pick them up.
When playing against melee champions, try to use your empowered auto-attack on them every time they walk forward to last hit minions.
Do not place your health shrines W in a position where the enemy can easily take them. But don’t place them too far away from where you can’t get to them quickly. Place them slightly behind you and the ADC.

Rell: Rell doesn't care if you are poking her on the face or throwing your Q at her, she will just all in you and make you unable to do anything.
Heimerdinger: His turrets are very annoying and you need to waste a lot to destroy them, try to align your Q to hit both the turret and the enemy.
Zyra: Plants can be a big problem but same goes here, try to hit the plants and someone that might be behind.

Lulu: We don't really care about Lulu's abilities, all we wanna do is walk up and try to stun her with our Q.
Karma: Karma can do a lot of damage and be slippery, but she has no mobility, so if we land our Q and stun her we should get a good trade.
Yuumi: You want to try your hardest to time your Q properly so Yuumi doesn't attach back to the target.

Early Game: In the early game as Bard, focus on poking with your basic attacks and using your Cosmic Binding to both harass the enemy and collect chimes. Additionally, roam to other lanes or secure early objectives with your Magical Journey to maximize your impact.
Mid Game: Moving into the mid game, prioritize vision control and setting up key engages or picks with your Tempered Fate. Continue collecting chimes whenever possible to enhance your utility for the late game.
Late Game: In the late game, Bard's role shifts to that of a playmaking support. Utilize your mobility and crowd control to peel for your carries, engage favorable fights, or catch out-of-position enemies with your Tempered Fate. Prioritize maintaining vision control and protecting your team with well-placed Magical Journeys.
