You should look to dominate the enemy in lane by using your range advantage to consistently poke the enemy when they try to farm.
Quinn is a great split pusher. During the mid game, focus on split pushing and avoid team fighting. If you need to team fight, flank from the side.
Whenever you recall, look to roam with your R and pick up kills around the map.

Singed: Quinn's short range makes it challenging for her to harass Singed without getting caught in his poison.
Malphite: Malphite's high armor and passive shield can reduce Quinn's burst damage and trading potential.
Akshan: Akshan's high mobility with his E and ability to trade back with his Passive can make it challenging for Quinn to poke him down.

Vayne: Quinn's range advantage and burst damage can harass Vayne and make it difficult for her to farm safely.
Gnar: Quinn's ability to harass Gnar in his mini form and avoid his boomerang throws can put Gnar at a disadvantage in the laning phase.
Tryndamere: Quinn's range and burst damage can harass Tryndamere and prevent him from getting close for an all-in. Her E ability can also create distance and avoid his slow.

Early Game: In the early game, use your range advantage to harass and bully melee champions. Be cautious against ranged opponents with strong poke. Quinn's power spikes come when she reaches level 6 with her ultimate so she can freely roam around the map.
Mid Game: In the side lane, split push and use your mobility to apply map pressure. Be wary of enemy ganks, and use your E and W to scout for danger. Quinn can execute tower dives effectively with her E to close the gap and R to disengage or reposition after securing a kill.
Late Game: In late-game teamfights, continue to focus on picking off priority targets with your burst damage. Use R to reposition and kite. In late-game, use your mobility and vision control to set up flanks and pick opportunities around Baron and Elder Dragon.
