Try to look to trade whenever the enemy over extends and when you have a lot of ‘Fury’.
Your goal is to split push and dual whoever comes to stop you. Ignore team fights if you’re not 100% sure you can win them (especially without your R).
Do not team fight unless you have your R up.

Malphite: Malphite's E reduces Tryndamere's attack speed and does bonus damage based on Malphite's armor, making it hard for Tryndamere to trade effectively.
Singed: Singed excels at staying out of Tryndamere's reach with his Poison Trail and crowd controlling him with Fling.
Nasus: Tryndamere typically can't match Nasus's stacking power, and Nasus's W can significantly reduce Tryndamere's damage output and mobility in trades.

Rumble: Tryndamere can build Mercury's Treads and stack magic resist to mitigate Rumble's damage and then engage on Rumble effectively.
Irelia: While Irelia can engage on Tryndamere and burst him down with her abilities, Tryndamere excels in extended fights.
Olaf: Tryndamere's E can help him escape or engage on Olaf, and his Undying Rage can keep him alive through Olaf's reckless engagements.

Early Game: In the early game, focus on farming and avoiding early trades against ranged and strong harass champions. Tryndamere's power spikes come when he reaches level 6 and when he completes Stridebreaker.
Mid Game: In the side lane, split push and draw pressure from the enemy team. Use your E and R to escape ganks or turn fights. Tryndamere can be an effective diver due to his high damage output and ultimate, which makes him temporarily invulnerable.
Late Game: In late-game teamfights, try to flank the enemy backline and focus on taking down priority targets with your high attack damage. Prioritize controlling vision around Baron and Elder Dragon to set up potential flanks or engage opportunities.
