Zed - The master of shadows.
Zed is one of the hardest champions to otp. But is he worth tho? Definetely yes. He is like viego or aphelios. If you learn him it's one of the most fun and op champions in the game. Has a weak early game but one of the strongest mid/late game if fed. For me Zed is one of the best midlaners and definetely one of the most fun ones. What will you learn from this guide?
- Items
- Runes
- Pros and cons
- Matchups
- Laning phase
- Teamfights
- How good is he in 14.5 and 14.4
- Zed combo
In this guide I won't be explaining abilities or summoners spells since they are mostly really simple and you can learn them best from gameplay and in practice tool.
You max Zed abilities in order Q-E-W
Pros and cons
Pros:
- Good late game
- One shot potential and carry potential if vs squishy comps
- Fun and good champion
- Few hard matchups if you learn him
Cons:
- Hard champion and high skill ceiling
- Playing vs tanks require a lot of skill and it's the worst experience
- Coin flip vs some matchups
Laning phase and matchups
You a weak early phase BUT if you hit lvl 3/6 and have at least a Serrated Dirk then you can easily win the lane because they are one of the strongest powerspikes in the game. On lvl 3 you just poke your enemy with W->E->Q and if you have 6 then you go the full Combo R-> W-> E->Q-> Passive and autoattacks in between.
There are few hard matchups. One of the hardest ones are sylas, vlad, swain, karma annie and malzahar. If you learn all these matchups and overall learn how to master Zed then you can ALWAYS win your lane. It takes a lot of practice tho.
14.4-14.5 ZED
Zed is not the strongest champions for 14.4-14.5 in game. It's A tier for climbing BUT if you learn how to play him he becomes one of the strongest and unfair champions in the entire game. Be patient and learn matchups and combos with him consistiently to Win and climb. That's all for this guide.
