Health Potion

Use your E through terrain to run away from enemies.
Keep moving constantly! Moving will generate energy which you can use to deal extra damage.
Don't throw your Ultimate if you don't need to, make sure you are backed up since you can't afford losing that ability.

Twitch: Twitch will outrange you with his ultimate and if you get caught off guard he can one shot you. Always stay ready for his presence.
Veigar: His cage can be a big determining factor and if you aren't able to kill him fast he will burst you back. Play around his range.
Ashe: Ashe's continuous poke can be very annoying, you can't really poke her because her slow is too powerful so play around your Q quick pokes.

Samira: You can easily outrange Samira and escape from her all ins with your E, so make sure it's up.
Ezreal: He won't really have the damage to kill you and you win the long trades with your ultimate.
Aphelios: Aphelios has no mobility and you can get away from his root by using your E since there will be a delay before he roots you, so be attentive.

Early Game: Be careful about all in champions, if they stop your E and don't allow you time to execute it, you are pretty much dead. Level 6 is when you can start going for longer trades or all ins, make sure to time your fight beforehand.
Mid Game: After the first bot turret is taken make sure to go mid and stay safely or try to take the mid turret. Diving is not going to be the easiest thing, but if you have a good set up from your team, you can go for it.
Late Game: Your champion starts becoming a 1v9 machine now, keep an eye on enemies because at the same time they will be looking to assassinate you. A good balance is all you need. Same idea here, look for objectives with your jungler and use your W to zone people off.
