Deck made by be good in general and beat solgaleo skarmory deck, Blue is like a third "giant cape", so can be any other trainer u like and Tortunator/Kiawe can be replaced by skitty/Delcaty for ramp Drug and Drampa, but become worst against Solgaleo. (still need several tests).
