Have Oricorio up front, and build up Magnezone in the back. Oricorio and Grunt will attack their energy gain and slow them down. Red card and mars will attack the hand. Magnezone will take out bigger threats, and Red gives reach against ex pokemon. Cape helps survive big attacks.
