The idea of this deck is to Tempo Catch the base pokemon on the bench. Victreebel can swap in basic Pokemons → Which can ether catch Pokemon buildung up like giratina or darkrai and aditionally get pokemon like charmander etc. in.

Pidgeotto Ex can be a strong finisher. Both Pokemon synergyize with pokeflute, which can be used to instantly swap in with victreebel to get a sneaky lat point or with the Ex for some extra demage.
