Raikou ex' Voltaic Bullet can deal 60 damage plus 10 damage to one of you opponent's Benched Pokemon. I pair with Zeraora, Pom-pom Oricorio, and Pichu that can ramp up our Basic Pokémon in the Benched. Also I put Elemental Switch for transferring Lightning Energy from bench to the Active Spot.

Attach Giant Cape to bolster Raikou ex's HP, and use Electrical Cord to recycle energies when a Pokémon is knocked out.
