"Rayquazapek"
Methodology
Pikipek (2) - Trumbeak (2) - Toucannon (2) : Not too many "mon" out there that can give you a potential 70dmg in round two worth only 1 energy. That's why I decided to make a deck revolving around Toucannon. Immediately applying pressure on those 1st round "mon" and forcing your opponent to start making sacrifices elsewhere. Whether they're forced to bring out their EX pokemon "unwillingly" to defend its high dmg early or using precious early resources to negate its attack. This brings us to ~
Rayquaza EX (1): I mixed many "mon" with Toucannon and some with success but none as much as with Rayquaza. Pretty self explanatory; your opponent is so busy tied up trying to deal with Toucannon that your Rayquaza basically gets left alone to ramp up energy until that 4/5th round when you can activate and essentially end the game with its rediculous "cheaper" version of Dragonites' "Draco Meteor".
Celestic Town Elder (2): The ability to be able to bring back your pikipek from those early unfortunate hands and dying is invaluable. Basically a safety net so that my 2nd Toucannon can still have a shot at the battle.
Poke Ball (2): Standard for most competive decks
Rare Candy (2): This insane card is what allows this whole deck to shine if you manage to land it within the 1st couple of rounds to begin early aggression with Toucannon.
Giant Cape (1/2): Honestly this card could be replaced with another situational card. This is just my preference as it allows possibly 1 more hit to go into Toucannon before using Ilima. Just makes Toucannon (an already beefy card) with +20 HP for a whopping 160HP on a possible round 2 "mon" hitting you for 70!
Professor's Research (2/1): Standard for most competive decks
Ilima (2): She is a must in this deck to keep your opponent guessing. Started off with Rayquaza and about to die? Ilima swoops in and puts him right back in your hand just in the nick of time and can immediately bring him back in full HP. This in turn allows you to bring up your Pikipek/Trumbeak/Toucannon into the active and begin the cycle again. If they start bringing those down. Rinse, Repeat!
Guzma (1): Another one of those situational cards that I like to have in my decks as most high tier decks these days come with 2-3 tools ready to be applied. Nothing feels sweeter than having a "mon" at 20HP equipped with a tool and dropping this card for it to die.
Lillie (1/2): Yet another invaluable supporter for when your opponent has the upper hand in dmg in the end game and you negate most/half of it and allowing you to have the upper hand from there. (Sometimes I run 2 of these)
NOT TO MENTION THAT THE DECK WORKS COLORLESS!!!
