I want to start out by saying Ilima is such a nutty card that I think will take some time for people to see value. I could be wrong on this, but I wanted to make a deck around him.

Snorlax is the bread and butter of the deck. He can make a decent stall tank with Ilima, or early aggresser with Barry.

Toucannon another source of early aggro provided you have all the pieces. On an ideal turn 1, you have Pikipek, Rare Candy, and Toucannon overwhelming the opponent very quickly. Like Snorlax, Toucannon can be yoinked with an Ilima.

If Snorlax is the bread and butter, then Comfey is the garlic. Not only does Comfey protect all of your pokemon from status conditions, but it also works with Snorlax's auto sleep from "Collapse." I run just a one off as a tech card. I do not feel more is needed.

Oricorio is the final pokemon which... could be changed or removed. I mostly just liked the idea of having a revenge card similar to Marshadow, but psychic. Both Toucannon and Snorlax have a bulky 140 HP, but that does not make them invincible. Having a revenge Pokemon on the bench can occasionally make or break an oppressive powerhouse such as Charizard EX. Snorlax 100 + Oricorio 80 will knock out most Pokemon. Could swap something in the deck for Red if you are worried about Giant Cape.

One last card worth mentioning which can also be flexed out, is Pokemon Center Lady. It's a decent heal that can suppliment Snorlax if you did not get comfey.

I can't say for certain if this is meta defining (I seriously doubt it.) The deck is however fun! I hope you enjoy. :)
