This deck centers around evolving Cosmog into Solgaleo ex to leverage its 'Rising Road' ability for strategic switching. Solgaleo ex's 'Sol Breaker' attack can deal significant damage, and with two copies, you can maintain pressure. Use Rare Candy to accelerate Cosmog's evolution into Solgaleo ex, bypassing Cosmoem. Sylveon ex provides card draw upon evolution, aiding consistency. Early game, focus on setting up Solgaleo ex with Metal energy while using Cosmog's 'Teleport' to protect it. Use Skarmory as an initial attacker with 'Metal Arms' to chip away at opponents, especially when equipped with a Pokémon Tool. Utilize Cyrus to target damaged Pokémon and finish them with Solgaleo ex's powerful attack.
I didn't test this deck enough but the idea is to supplement Professor's Research with Eevee and Sylveon. I also didn't try the Solgashii deck.
