This is so far the Top Meta Deck in this set. Sylveon ex' Happy Ribbon let's you draw two cards when it's evolve. It lets you thin your deck until you find the pieces you needed. I pair it with Greninja that can snipe 20 damage in any of your opponent's Pokemon and Giratina ex as our last resort.
