Technical aspects of the deck
-This decks take´s full advantage of Volker by including both Electrivire and Luxray.
-The ideal start is with Electabuzz so you can start charging energy, even if you don´t get the Electrivire soon that charges energy can go to your other Electrivire or Luxray.
-If you start with Oricorio it´s ok, either you can switch it to your bench to save it for later EX pokemon or stay in the bench and attack, it´s energy when it gets knock out can be saved by Volkner or Electric Cord.
-If you start with Eevee you can start drawing cards which is helpfull for getting your pieces, and there´s even a copy of Jolteon to attack with it, but it´s main purpose is to draw.
-The slower start is Shinx, but still you can start putting energy on to it, switch, stay and survive some attacks with its Hide attack, or jus be a recepiente for energy so when it dies the energy can be used in your next pokemon with Volkner.
-Electrical cord is great to help you preserve your energie, I have considered adding an extra copy but I havént found out what to get rid off, maybe the eevee and Jolteon, but that´s up to you.
-The main attackers are Electrivire and Luxray, Ideally you´ll have Electrivire first since it can charge itseld woth Electabuzz and keep the energies while you charge the Luxray and hitting for an amazing 120, and once you Electrivire falls, Luxray can come in and attack anything in the board either by itself or Volkner, and for the third attacker you´ll have either other Electrivire or Luxray that you can enable easily with Volker.
-This deck is pure non EX attackers.
