If they are poisoned, you're essentially doing 20 for ping, 30 from Weezing, and 10 from poison. 50 damage every turn from your second turn. 110 HP is also perfect for sustaining agro deck hits (Skarmary, Carnivine) and pings from Darkrai, while attacking into a Rocky helmet without worrying about getting KO'd.
