This deck centers around Darkrai ex's ability to deal incremental damage through its 'Nightmare Aura' ability, which deals 20 damage to the opponent's Active Pokémon whenever a Darkness energy is attached. The main strategy involves attaching Darkness energies to Darkrai ex to maximize this ability while using its 'Dark Prism' attack to deal consistent 80 damage. The support Pokémon, Milcery and Cherubi, utilize 'Sweets Relay' to power up Alcremie's 'Sweets Overload' attack, which scales as the game progresses. Early on, focus on attaching Darkness energies to Darkrai ex to chip away at opponents while setting up Alcremie for a late-game sweep. Use tools like Giant Cape to increase durability and Poison Barb for additional passive damage. Employ Sabrina and Mars to disrupt your opponent's board and hand, respectively, maintaining board control.
HOW TO PLAY
The deck is reliable and mostly cheap to make with only DARKRAI, replacable supporters and the free ALCREMIE. Lead with CHERUBI add TOOL for a 0 energy attack and build up for the SWEETS OVERLOAD from ALCREMIE. DARKRAI paired with the new CHERUBI deals a total of 50 damge while building both DARKRAI and ALCREMIE up for the finisher.
Back to playing ranked cause the new update has a bunch of interesting cards to play with like the Baby Pokemons, which I think making this the most healthy and diverse meta the game ever had. Had a solid 8 winstreak in UB2 to UB3. Good luck on your streaking everyone.
