As K'sante, Yone, Ezreal and the 8-bit trait get buffed with patch 13.24, this comp might be played more. On 13.23 it's way too weak though.
To get this comp, started, you'll need 8-bit as soon as possible to stack damage. Getting a Corki as your Headliner with +1 8-bit is even better, because at the moment you get a Riven, assuming you found Garen before, which is likely, you'll be able to turn on 4 8-bit, thus giving these three fellows more AD per highscore.
When you get to level 7, you'll want to swap your Headliner, preferrably for Riven. Since Corki won't be our carry anymore, we can drop Big Shot to get Heartsteel on, though you won't need to if you get Ezreal. By then, you should have found K'sante and Garen 2 stars. If not, you're going to want them because they won't last long if they're still 1 star. On level 8 you'll want an Edgelord to allow Riven to sometimes infiltrate the enemy team and reach backline. That's the moment you'll roll for Riven 3 (and Yone 3 if you've really got a lot of gold and if you have items for him).
On level 9, you can bring in Qiyana who will give Crowd Diver to Yone (even if Yone is 2 stars without stuff, it's okay, he will jump on a unit when he dies, damaging them and stunning them along with any enemy unit within 1 hex). And since Qiyana comes in, you'll want your third Edgelord to be Yasuo to allow our Empress to generate components.
It is unlikely that you can reach level 10, but if you get lucky with Heartsteel loots, it's not impossible. You can then add Jhin, even if that puts you at 3/4 Big Shot. If you got an emblem along the way, you can obviously swap some units, for example Viego instead of Yasuo if you grabbed a True Damage emblem. Or, if you've got an 8-bit emblem, you can either replace Corki with Jhin, or add Caitlyn to go for 6 8-bit and, if you're lucky, get the final grand prize after reaching the tenth highscore.
