Why play Reroll Seraphine ?
With the latest patch, Twisted Fate has been buffed, as well as almost every other Disco unit. The direct consequence is that Disco has become one of the best compositions. But there is a major weakness to that comp : they must be stacked. And Seraphine will cast on the biggest cluster of units (note that it includes allied units, so she may not always cast on the enemy backline).
How to itemize
Since Seraphine is our counter to Disco, we'll want to equip her with a Morellonomicon, which has been buffed and now gives 15% Attack Speed. It'll allow her to cut down the sustain given by the Disco procs and cast more often. A Shojin will be very good since that'll reduce her needed autos to cast from 6 to 4. Finally, her Superfan item is Rabadon's Deathcap, giving her 50% AP on top of 20% bonus damage.
Ekko and Neeko will be our main front units, and they both use AP well. So we'll want to put some Crownguards on them. They'll also use well Warmogs and Steadfast Hearts. Gargoyle Stoneplate may have been buffed, but we'll want them to share aggro, so it'll be less useful than if we had a single main tank.
How to proceed
Since Seraphine is a 2-cost unit, we'll want to search for her at level 6. Both Headliner procs are good. You'll want to stay at 5 K/DA and 5 Spellweaver most of the time anyway. Below will be two examples of team compositions, depending on Seraphine's Headliner proc.
You'll want to slowroll above 50g to look for more Seraphine copies, but if you're contested and/or your shops are desperately empty (like mine in my latest game), don't waste too much gold and advance in exp, or you'll fall off too much and bottom your game.

Spellweaver Seraphine Headliner comp (lvl 8)
Lvl 9 and above
If you're having a really nice winning streak, you can go for lvl 9 and above. You'll then want to add Illaoi to give your team a nice 100 bonus HP as well as more units to either tank or bait Karthus' and Akali's casts. If you have K/DA Seraphine, you'll want to replace Lulu by Sona. If you have Spellweaver Seraphine, you can stay at level 9 and go for Ekko 3 and Neeko 3.
