Level 9 with Legendaries
This comp plays around the Heavyweight + Poppy buffs for frontline, and *Sniper *carries.
Star Guardian changes makes Jinx and Poppy tandem more effective than the last patch. Varus and Zachary pair for some Wraith damage and healing.
Twisted Fate or Zyra works at 9 :)

Early Game : 4-2
Play around HW and Sniper early. Golden edge + bow item on Gnar should get your econ rolling nicely.
Use the Snipers to hold items for their late-game upgrades. Kobuko can hold Poppy items.
Mid-Game : 4-3
Get 6 HW up with Jhin and Jinx until you get Varus.
