Zeri is perfect holder for twitch items If you manage to hit +1 sniper comp caps extremely high at level 9 playing 6 snipers Once u hit twitch 2* and garen* feel free to push 9 for 6 cost.

Anomaly wise focus on getting either tank one for garen/scar or dps on twitch.
