KARMA INVOKER

With all the buffs made to the invoker units (Karma, Taric, Galio, Soraka, Cassiopeia, and even Ahri), we can only see this comp rising on top of all the other comps.
Since we are playing with 6 invokers, Karma won't need a blue buff to be efficient. Instead, it's best to focus on additional damage (Archangel, Giant Slayer) and utility (Gunblade).
You want to reroll this comp at lvl 7 to find Karm 3 and Taric 3. However, I expect this to be overly contested very fast. In this case, the best course of action is to roll at lvl 7 for 2-star units and then push lvl 8 and even lvl 9 to play around 5 cost units (Ahri, Ryze, Heimerdinger)
SORCERERS

With Strategist being nerfed and Malzahar, Swain, Taric, Lux, and Ahri being buffed, it looks like the 6 Sorcerer setup will be stronger than the typical Azir/Lux comp we've seen the past three weeks.
Depending on whether you have enough AP or tank items, you can have the radiant item from Demacia on Lux or Jarvan.
You should use the invokers as your early transition (Cassiopeia with blue buff) and your mid-game transition (Karma) until you hit Lux and 6 Sorcerers.
DEADEYE MOONBOY

As I believe Taric will be the most broken tank on this patch (until they nuke down some numbers on his buffs), I do believe this version will suit Aphelios better.
As a reminder, every Targon unit is buffed, and this comp uses the full potential of each champion.
Since we are not playing with Freljord, it's recommended to have a Last Whisper ready, and Urgot is the best unit to apply it on Aphelios's target: he can easily reach backline units where Aphelios would throw his ultimate.
This comp requires many items because you need to stuff Taric, Aphelios, and Urgot. So I advise playing with a Legend that grants more items, like Ezreal or Ornn, and/or playing in portals that give many items (eg: Shuriman Bazaar).
ZERI GUNNER

Zeri gets a significant buff and should finally feel like she's a c4-cost unit. However, I believe she will still struggle in many games if you don't have a corresponding Zaun mod for her. The best mod is Robotic Arm which gives her a lot of free additional auto-attacks.
As I expect the rise of Invokers and Targons next patch, I do believe the best build for Zeri is to go full crit with Guardbreaker. Even if Freljord will remove 40% armor after 8 seconds of fight, having Last Whisper on Zeri is still very valuable: it removes 50% of armor on her targets from the first second of the fight and it gives interesting stats like crit chance, AS and AD.
CASSIO BRUISERS

Cassiopeia, Renekton, Chogath, and 4 Bruisers receive MAJOR buffs as well, and this comp takes all the benefits of it to make a proper comp.
This is a comp you want to roll at lvl 4 and 5, just like for Kayle Slayer. The buff on the 4 Bruiser should help you have a very strong mid-game.
Malzahar will be an excellent secondary carry, thanks to the statikk and his innate shield breaker. He will help Cassiopeia kill targets one by one. On the other hand, Chogath can also be a great side carry/side tank. Don't hesitate to invest items on him during the early game so he can eat more units and get tons of HP from his ability.
Additional information: this is an entirely new comp, and there is a chance this won't be as good as it looks on paper, or there will be a stronger variation of it that will appear. If you don't like to experiment with new comps, do not play it until you see multiple people succeeding with it.
