Works out best when you get a syndicate training dummy/golem from Garen encounter, since it's hard to get 2 spatulas otherwise. Caps out really high when hit.
Prioritize MF items early with a strong frontline, Jhin can be an item holder for her until you hit with kingpin frontline tanks. Try to balance out tempo, econ up while saving health. Early sunfire is good until you get morello on Aurora for antiheal.
Play the strongest board possible early game to keep your health up while collecting Syndicate units. If you manage to find 2 syndicate emblems, push levels ASAP to field 7 syndicates, as the upgrades are very strong. Make MF the kingpin as soon as you get her, while making a 3* tank the other one. Level to 9 to add a cyberboss unit so Kobuko gets his AoE stun.
