A.M.P Annie & Samira
Gameplan ->
You want to play A.M.P Annie & Samira when you know your able to push to Level 9 ASAP. This means you either have an XP/Gold Augment or you are winstreaking. Playing from Losestreak with Cypher can also work but it can be more risky
Your earlygame can be Exotech with Naafiri Itemholding for Samira or Nitro with Elise Itemholding for Annie. Yuumi can itemhold for Annie too. Compared to the Reroll Version you do not play around Jax & Sejunai later on instead you want to add Strategist Units or even better Legendarys. Neeko is your Maintank till you have Zac2. Zac2 and Garen are your best ins at Level 8 & 9. Garen gives Samira and Annie Strategist Mods. If you hit Garen late into the Game you can replace him with Viego.
Annie her strength comes from casting Tibbers this means Managenerating Items are very Important to her. She wants Blue Buff, Shojin and Nashors. You can also replace Shojin with Rabadons or Archangle. Nashors can be replaced by Red Buff. Samira Wants Infinity Edge and Last Whisper. The 3rd Item can be Giant-Slayer, Guardbreaker or if you need survivability on her you build Edge of Night, BT or HoJ. Neeko wants Warmogs same as Zac aswell as some Resistances like Dragonclaw or Thornmail depending on your Lobby.
You want Annie to cast into clumps to maximize her damageoutput. This means you want to drag the Enemys onto your Maintank near Annie. Do not spread your Frontline. Samira wants to be placed 1 hex ahead of Annie so she can reach Enemy Backline while casting but you dont want her to take aggro. Place your strongest Tank in front of your 2 Carrys. If Hexes do not allow you to position Samira above Annie place both bottom righ or bottom left.
Your winouts are Annie2 & Samira2, Yuumi3, Zac2 with Tankitems + blobs. Strategist Mod on Annie2, Samira2 and Zac2. Your best +1 is Strategist Emblem for Samira or any 5 Cost like Kobuko or Zac. It is very strong to have Strategist Emblem in this comp.
If you ever come from Cypher and hit the 4 dupe cashout you 3* Yuumi her best items are Blue Buff, Jeweled Gauntlet +1, Hextech Gunblade, Guardbreaker or Rabadons.
Component Prio: Tear, Belt, BF, Bow.
Encounter for A.M.P Fast9 -> Scuddle Puddle, Crab Rave, Loot Subscription, Component Anvil or any high resource Portal which allows you to fast 9. This Board can cap very high at 9/10.
Augments for A.M.P Fast9 -> 1 XP/Gold Augment, 1 Combat, 1 Item Augment. Comp has lots of carrys with items on 9.
