Ashe Reroll Flex

We want to get to level 5 as soon as possible and there (if few people take out a character at the beginning of the game) we can make Irelia to level three and put tank items on her and then we go further to level 6 to roll out Ashe 3 + Sett/Warwick (you can, but this is not required) slow roll.
