Tahm Kench headliner +1 Country
This is the best early at the moment. There is a variation with Tahm Kench headliner +1 Bruiser, but it is worse (in this case you would play 4 Bruiser and 3 Country instead of 5 Country). The best items in the early are Sunfire Cape, Last Whisper, Infinity Edge and Titan's Resolve (this item you can play it in Tahm Kench headliner or in Urgot). The best is to keep playing Samira carry all the game, but you can end up playing Caitlyn carry or Miss Fortune carry.

In Stage 3, this is the best comp. The best items in the early are Sunfire Cape, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Spear of Shojin and Adaptive Helm. The best transition is to play a Legendary Comp in level 9, but you can end up playing Bard carry, K/DA or Karthus carry.

K'Sante headliner +1 Heartsteel
This is not a strong composition, but the Heartsteel trait give you so good rewards that it's worth it. The best items in the early are Sunfire Cape, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Spear of Shojin and Steadfast Heart. The best transition is to play a Legendary Comp in level 9, but you can end up playing Ezreal carry or Twisted Fate carry.

This transition is not as solid as the first two, but it sets you up very well to play in late Twisted Fate carry, which is one of the best compos at the moment. The best items in the early are Sunfire Cape, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Spear of Shojin and Warmog's Armor. The best transition is to play, as I mentioned before, Twisted Fate carry, but you can end up playing Bard carry, K/DA or Karthus carry.
